How to Return

We gladly accept returns of unused sets in their original shape within 30 days of delivery. Just follow these four steps.

Email us Step 1
Email info@vocabularystickers.com with “RETURN” in the subject line, plus your name and phone number.
Send it back Step 2
Post the set back to us in its original, unused shape.
Add your details Step 3
Include your name and contact details inside the return parcel.
Get refunded Step 4
Once we receive and inspect the return, we email you and refund your original payment method.

Good to Know

A few conditions to keep in mind before you send a return.

Condition Unused
Items must be intact and free of any signs of use to qualify for a full refund.
Shipping fees Non-refundable
Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
After 30 days Case by case
Late returns are accepted at our discretion. Use a trackable service — we can’t cover items damaged in transit back to us.

Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of sticker sets that are unused and in their original shape within 30 days of delivery.

In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of use.

We will process your returns within 5 business days of receipt and issue your refund using your original payment method. Just follow our 4 steps to get your return started and your money (or credit) back in a speed fashion:

1. Sen us an email at info@vocabularystickers.com with 'RETURN' in subject line. Please include your name and phone number in the email. We will get right back to you.

2. Send back to us the set in its original shape.

3. In the return shipment, please include your name and contact details.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items returned after 30 days will be accepted at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. We strongly recommend utilizing a reliable mail service. Please note that VocabularyStickers.com may refuse any return if it does not meet these guidelines.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Afterwards your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
